Pan Weiwei, deputy to the State People's Congress: After listening to Governor Huang Xingwen's work report, the general feeling is that people are urging people to forge ahead, feel inspired, full of strength, and more confident in the future. The entire report provides a comprehensive review of the work of the past five years and 2021, and scientifically plans the work of the next five years and 2022. Bit by bit in the past five years, the battle against poverty, firmly adhering to the two bottom lines of ecology and development, coordinating the two major events of security and development, and doing a good job in the work of "six stability and six guarantees", these tasks are really difficult and hard-won. According to the requirements of the state, we in 2022 and the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" is mainly to "stabilize, dry, advance", strive to "turn, catch up, over", for Xingren, how to achieve "turn" and "super" is crucial, Xingren "turn" is mainly three transformations, the first is how to achieve the transformation of resource advantages to economic advantages, for example, our coal reserves are relatively large, reaching 4.5 billion tons, at the same time, our shallow coal also has some related resources, how to do our coal industry, This is something we have to think about. We now take coal, the main factors are three aspects, one is the market, one is safe production, and the other is environmental protection, how do we ensure environmental protection and safe production under such requirements, and then do the output to solve such a contradiction; the second is how to transform a single comparative advantage into a more comprehensive system advantage in a certain field, Xingren may currently have a certain comparative advantage in coal, but as a whole, an industrial chain, this advantage is not very obvious I hope that our advantages are not only in coal, electricity or other aspects, may not be optimal in a single aspect, but after we form an ecological chain and industrial chain, we will achieve the optimal system, reduce our costs, improve our quality, and improve our competitiveness.

In the future of the coix rice industry, the first thing to improve the quality, for the quality of this piece, we mainly in the planting link to engage in high standards of basic farmland, and then the 200,000 acres of Xingren to transform it well.
