In fact, the current way of the volleyball association can give many players a chance, so the players in the training camp are bound to be more than the national training team, which is more conducive to the selection of talents, even if it is the screening of the bottom, after passing the bottom level, it will have the opportunity to enter the national team, and after entering the national team, the position is not absolutely stable, once the state or technology can not keep up, it will still be sent to the training camp for technical strengthening, and all the units that have players selected for the training camp must also send special personnel to manage their own players.
