According to the Jiangsu public news channel "News Space Station", recently, the Police in Wujin, Changzhou, smashed a criminal gang that used a mobile phone live APP to spread obscene materials.

The suspect, Chen Mouben, is an art student who began to teach himself programming in 2006 because of his love of computer software development, and has served as the head of large-scale projects in a number of software companies in Hangzhou and Changzhou Science and Education City.
At the end of 2017, with the popularity of video live broadcasting software, Chen seized the business opportunity to develop an APP called "Smile Girl", and opened the functions of live broadcast, group broadcasting and private broadcasting, users can become members as long as they spend 10 yuan. At the beginning of March this year, the police of the Wujin Public Security Bureau's Network Security Brigade found in their work that the daytime live broadcast in this APP still looked "normal", and by 7 pm to 7 am, the live broadcast content was completely unrestricted.
In order to watch more exciting content, many members will also buy virtual "coffee", "flowers", "sports cars" and other gifts to tip the anchor. After investigation, Chen's "Smile Girl" APP has absorbed more than 3,000 members since its operation, with an average of more than 1,000 active members per day, and the amount involved is more than 2 million yuan.
Li Xiaofang, procurator of the Wujin District People's Procuratorate of Changzhou City: "Criminal suspect Chen Moumou, as the actual controller of online live broadcasting, connived at some girls who performed live broadcasts to engage in various obscene performances and sought benefits from them. It has caused a relatively bad impact on society and constitutes the crime of organizing obscene performances. ”
In fact, as early as 2016, Chen Mou was punished by the cultural department for his internet involvement in pornography, but he did not learn a lesson from it. In less than two years, he chose to take the risk again, but this time he faced not only fines, but also a career in bars.
