At the same time, significant progress has been made in improving the high temperature characteristics of VCSEL products.

According to the data, Qianzhao Optoelectronics is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of full-color ultra-high brightness LED epitaxial sheets, chips, high-performance gallium arsenide solar cell epitaxial sheets, Mini-LED/Micro-LED and VCSEL and other compound semiconductor devices, and the product performance indicators rank at the international advanced level.
