The layout of the factory building and warehouse is explained in detail

author:Extraordinary peace is a blessing

The layout of the factory building and warehouse often appears in cases, and the way of investigation is often combined with the classification of the fire hazard of the substance, and these two parts of the knowledge must be mastered in the process of learning. Today, I will summarize the layout test points of the factory and warehouse.

1. Class A and B production sites (warehouses) shall not be set up underground or semi-underground.

Second, the layout of staff dormitories, offices and lounges in the factory:

1. Employee dormitories are strictly prohibited from being set up in the factory.

2. Offices, lounges, etc. should not be set up in class A and B factories, and when it is really necessary to stick to the plant, its fire resistance level should not be lower than the second level, and the explosion-proof wall with a fire resistance limit of not less than 3.00h should be used to separate the plant, and an independent safety exit should be set up.

Note: The explosion-proof wall should be designed according to the comprehensive consideration of the explosion overpressure value that may be generated by the production site, the size of the pressure relief area, the probability of explosion and the construction cost, etc. Can be selected, and reinforced concrete walls and reinforced brick walls can be selected.

3. When the office and lounge are set up in the Class C factory, the fireproof partition wall with a fire resistance limit of not less than 2.50h and the floor slab of 1.00h should be used to separate other parts, and at least 1 independent safety exit should be set up. If interconnected doors need to be opened on the partition wall, a Class B fire door should be used.

Third, when setting up an intermediate warehouse in the factory, the following provisions should be met:

1. Class A and B intermediate warehouses should be arranged by the outer wall, and their reserves should not exceed the demand for 1 day and night.

2. Class A, B and C intermediate warehouses should be separated from other parts by firewalls and non-combustible floor slabs with a fire resistance limit of not less than 1.50h.

3. D and E intermediate warehouses should be separated from other parts by fireproof partition walls with fire resistance limits of not less than 2.00h and floor slabs of 1.00h.

4. The refractory grade and area of the intermediate warehouse should comply with the relevant regulations.

Fourth, the intermediate storage tank of Class C liquid is arranged in the plant:

The intermediate storage tank of Class C liquid in the plant should be set up in a separate room, and its capacity should not be greater than 5m³. The room where the intermediate storage tank is set up should be separated from other parts by a fireproof partition wall with a fire resistance limit of not less than 3.00h and a floor slab of 1.50h, and the room door should be separated from other parts, and the room door should be a Grade A fireproof door.

Fifth, the layout of the substation and distribution power station in the plant:

1. The substation and distribution power station shall not be set up in the class A and B plants or adjacent to each other, and shall not be set in the dangerous area of the explosive gas and dust environment.

2. Transformer and distribution power stations of 10kV and below for the special use of Class A and Class B plants, when separated by firewalls without doors, windows and openings, can be attached to each other on one side, and should comply with the provisions of the current national standard "Design Code for Power Devices in Explosive Hazardous Environments" GB 50058 and other standards.

3. When the distribution power station of the Class B plant really needs to open the window on the firewall, the Grade A fireproof window should be used.

Sixth, the layout of staff dormitories, offices, and lounges in the warehouse:

1. Staff dormitories are strictly prohibited from being set up in warehouses.

3. When the office and lounge are set up in the C and D warehouses, the fireproof partition wall with a fire resistance limit of not less than 2.50h and the floor slab of 1.00h should be used to separate it from other parts, and an independent safety exit should be set up. When interconnected doors need to be opened on the partition wall, a Class B fire door should be used.

7. Railway lines shall not be set up in Class A and B factories (warehouses). The C, D and E class factories (warehouses) that require access to steam locomotives and internal combustion locomotives should be roofed with non-combustible materials or other fire prevention measures.

8. The fire protection design of logistics buildings shall comply with the following provisions:

1. When the building function is mainly based on sorting, processing and other operations, it should be determined according to the provisions of the specification on the plant, of which the storage part should be determined by the intermediate warehouse.

2. When the building function is mainly warehousing or the building is difficult to distinguish the main function, it should be determined according to the provisions of this specification on the warehouse [Figure 1], but when the sorting and other operation areas are completely separated from the storage area by firewall, the fire protection requirements of the operation area and the storage area can be determined according to the provisions of the specifications on the plant and warehouse respectively [Figure 2].
