This clean studio is transparent from north to south, the light is bright, coupled with several famous paintings, potted flowers lining companions, people who come here, can't bear to shout wildly and even can hold back the sayings and dirty words that are fast to the mouth, so that the beauty and warmth remain in this refreshing and diffuse painting elegant place.
Teachers Mao Fengbo and Zhan Feng have been working in Dongping for more than ten years after graduating from Qufu Normal University. Over the years, as their artist friend, I have witnessed their progress and growth.

Teacher Zhan joined the China Artists Association last year and became one of the assistant teachers in Professor Tang Xiuling's studio, as a trekker who regards painting as sacred, what a blessing and a rare blessing.

Mao Fengbo and Zhan Feng had just passed the age of confusion, and they were in the forging period of painting exploration. In their studio, most of the talk is about painting theory and painting techniques, and rarely involves the time-consuming affairs of the Li family, the owner of the east.
Fortunately, the small peony picture of their husband and wife, Teacher Mao's red peony is unique and scorching with sincerity, Teacher Zhan's pink peony is lined with jade, and when he sees The picture of Teacher Zhan's seven peonies, it is as if he has seen the seven fairies descending to the mortal world. No wonder, in their elegant studio, there is a faint fragrance of books and a clear atmosphere, which is the kind of heart-washing taste of culture.

That afternoon, after talking for a while, listening to me talk about the old house in my hometown aroused the interest of both of them, so we drove for a quick tour. In the cold wind, the two of them watched and photographed at the same time, and found people and scenes that resonated in their admiration, and perhaps soon they would paint masterpieces that touched people's hearts and create surprises again with new works.
"Noble Spirit and High Feelings", this is the self-title of Mao Teacher Hong Peony, from the Tang Dynasty poet Sun She's "Title Unopened Peony" seven-word poem. During the chaotic period of the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, the fate of the scribes was mostly with the division of Wufu, after several clutches, Sun Qu and The Southern Tang Sikong Li Jianxun became friends of poetry, in Li Jianxun's private garden, they and the literary friend Shen Binshi painted shi song, Sun She's surviving poems only have more than twenty poems, only seven of which were written about li Jianxun's backyard garden peony, which shows Sun She's deep love and obsession with peony as a poet and painter.

Tang Cai's grandson Sun Qu's "Title Unopened Peony" starts from the garden peony that has just spit out green buds, and describes the life of a gentleman in the family of his friend Prime Minister Li Jianxun. Peonies are so pleasant in the spring, how amazing it should be when they are in full bloom! As the sun sets, dancing butterflies are already perched on the gatepost, and the moss at the water's edge has stained the creek stone, what a beautiful peaceful world. In this pleasant scenery, Sun Qu felt that time should go slowly, so that the beautiful spring light would remain in the world forever, which showed how frightened and eager the scribes were in the chaos of the war of division and the desire for peace and tranquility.
More than 1,200 years later, the prosperous Chinese era that Sun Qu had longed for had become a reality. Admiring the peony diagram of Teacher Mao and Teacher Zhan, I am glad to walk with the prosperous world, to be friends with the artists of virtue and art, our self-pleasure and efforts, inexhaustible, endless talk, look forward to moving forward, carrying each other and not looking back.
