TRENT: After Van Vliet's absence, the players all need to pick up the burden and be ready to win

Live Bar Feb. 11, 2019 An NBA regular season game that ended today, the Raptors beat the Rockets 139-120.

At the end of the first half, Raptors players Trent and Siakam scored 25 and 26 points, respectively.

After the game, Trent said in an interview that he and Siakam scored a combined 51 points in the first half to help the team survive the night in VanVleet's absence.

"It's a huge push for the team, with the loss of VanVleet, an All-Star in the absence, in a sense, every player needs to pick up the burden and be ready to win, and that's what we should do." Trent preached.

At the end of the game, Raptors player Gary Trent Jr. played 37 minutes, shooting 15 of 26, including 6 of 13 three-pointers, 6 of 7 free throws, 42 points, 1 rebound, 4 assists and 5 steals, teammate Siakam played 31 minutes and 41 seconds, shooting 13 of 19, 1 of 4 three-pointers, 3 of 5 from the free throw line, and had 30 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists.
