Nice words are wrapped in sugar-coated shells, and it is difficult to have room for growth; outspoken advice and sharp criticism can make you realize that you are giving yourself a chance to improve yourself. The tree is not repaired, the jade is not a tool, and the pertinent criticism can help you cut off your excess branches and carve away your own flaws, in order to grow into a more valuable jade. Life is alive, and no one can do anything wrong. The person who dares to criticize your faults is the one who cares about you the most; the person who dares to point out your shortcomings is the one who cares most about you; the person who dares to correct your deficiencies is the one who loves you the most. The people around you who can directly advise and even sharply criticize you are the ones who are destined to be noble, you should listen quietly, think calmly, change them if you have them, and encourage them if you don't. Accepting criticism is an intangible asset in itself, and can help reduce detours. In the journey of life, may you and I meet people who are willing to tell each other the truth, care for each other, dare to face criticism, and cherish them with a grateful heart.
