Based on the new development stage, the "Hub Planning" is based on the new development stage, completely, accurately and comprehensively implements the new development concept, serves to build a new development pattern, takes accelerating the construction of a transportation power as the overall goal, and strives to promote the development of comprehensive transportation hubs to achieve new breakthroughs, so as to provide strong support for the construction of a modern and high-quality national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, accelerating the formation of a modern comprehensive transportation system, and helping transportation to be a pioneer in China's modernization.
