There are 17 projects in this "three concentrations" activity, with a total investment of 22.78 billion yuan. Among them, 10 projects were started with a total investment of 19.67 billion yuan; 5 projects were completed and 3 projects were signed. According to the category division, of the 17 projects, 10 advanced manufacturing projects, accounting for 58.8%; 4 infrastructure projects, accounting for 23.5%; 3 people's livelihood projects, accounting for 17.7%.
Among the projects started, the most eye-catching project is the dongjin beautiful shoreline ecological improvement comprehensive development project with an investment of more than 12.28 billion yuan. The project includes six sub-projects such as the ecological governance project along the Dongjin section of the Han River, the Han River Water Sports Park, the Xiangyang Dongjin Ancient Town Project, the Green Transportation Service System, the Dongjin New District Financial Center Project, and the Relocation and Resettlement Project, and strives to build xiangyang's most dynamic and attractive riverside landscape belt, urban living room, and cultural tourism industry agglomeration area.
The Dongjin "three concentrations" activity will be located at the site of the Dongjin Beautiful Shoreline Ecological Improvement Comprehensive Development Project, and at the same time, a mobilization order will be issued to the whole district, calling on everyone to act quickly, actively participate in the ecological improvement battle of the Dongjin Beautiful Shoreline, and make every effort to make the project a national model for ecological governance to guide the development of the area.
In addition, there are many key projects in the construction project that make people shine: the 3 billion yuan investment in xiangyang Dongjin New Town resettlement housing and surrounding infrastructure construction projects, the 2.38 billion yuan investment of China Unicom Xiangyang big data center project, the 1.94 billion yuan investment in Xiangyang East East Axis Road Project East Inner Ring Road to East Outer Ring Road Section (Dongjin Section) project, etc.
In 2022, Dongjin New District will focus on the goal positioning of the municipal party committee on "accelerating the construction of beautiful Xiangyang and taking the lead in realizing the green rise", solidly promote the "five cities joint construction", and sound the construction charge of "two cities and three attacks": unswervingly build Xiangyang Science City and Cultural Tourism New City with high standards, and concentrate on fighting the three major battles of industrial revitalization, infrastructure and shoreline construction; lead the development breakthrough with ideology, promote the forefront with work in practice, and quickly set off a new climax of introducing projects and construction projects.
