According to statistics, a total of 17 research and development project guidelines for science and technology anti-epidemic projects (the second batch) released during the same period have set up a total of 17 research and development projects, covering medical biotechnology, traditional Chinese medicine, natural medicine, agricultural biotechnology, environmental monitoring and environmental accident emergency treatment technology, medical instruments, equipment and medical special software, biomedical materials and other fields, and the project implementation period is not more than 2 years.

Among them, the main research and development content of the "Key Technology Research and Development and Application Project of The Fully Automatic Intelligent Nucleic Acid Sampling Robot System" with a funding amount of not more than 10 million yuan includes the sampling standards and clinical practices of respiratory infectious diseases such as new crown pneumonia, and the principle and working method model of the nucleic acid sampling robot system; Research and development of key technologies for human-computer interaction based on audiovisual understanding; Research and development of a fully automated nasopharyngeal swab sampling robot based on mobile collaborative robot; Research and development of a fully automated oropharyngeal swab sampling robot based on a mobile collaborative robot.

The results of this scientific research project can carry out full-process fully automatic nasopharyngeal swab nucleic acid sampling for key populations in environments such as ports of entry, airports, isolation hotels and isolation wards, and also apply to screening low-risk groups and screening of grass-roots community medical institutions.

In addition to requiring no less than 8 patents, the project also clarifies a number of technical indicators, such as the oropharyngeal swab sampling robot carrying deep learning-based face recognition, oral and posterior pharyngeal wall recognition system.
