I read to you "The Undiscovered Self", an understanding of the individual

Man is the promoter of the development of history, the originator of all judgments and decisions, and the designer of future life.

For us humans, the high animal of man is still an unsolved mystery.

Because although it is now possible to understand the biological, chemical, and physical aspects of human genes, cell composition, chromosomes, blood, nervous system, and even in the case of mood and sorrow, we can study the different changes in the chemicals in certain areas of the human brain.

On the other hand, little is known about the languages created by the difference in human consciousness, thinking, and sound.

The structure of the brain and the physiology of the brain simply cannot explain the human spirit at all.

Consciousness is a prerequisite for existence, and for man it is so.

Experimental scientific psychology, maintaining an appropriate distance from the subject of the study, observing and understanding, when he uses numerical arguments and scientific theories summarized in previous books to explain the individual's mental problems, but ignores the subjective feelings of the individual, the past special experience, so it will not be gained.

People often like to gather in crowded places, such as markets and cities; people think that what everyone agrees on must be correct; what everyone flocks to is certainly worth all of us fighting for.

We are often extremely disappointed, so we have to return to the carefree childhood, because at that time, it was our parents who took care of everything, and we never had to worry. No need to consult anyone for advice, it is all parents. This kind of retreat to the naïve psychological state is today's lying flat family.

It is impossible for man to be separated from the objective world, and the individual and the objective world are also opposed, because desire attracts and binds the individual from different directions, and the individual and the objective world are in a deep and continuous conflict. Therefore, when an individual wants to achieve an ideal goal, he must suppress other desires and feelings. Don't have too many other desires and ideas when moving toward your ideal goal, and your time and energy are really limited.
