From 08:00 on February 12 to 08:00 on February 13, there was light to moderate snow in parts of Xinjiang's Ili River Valley and Southern Xinjiang Basin, northern Tibet, northern Qinghai, Hexi in Gansu, central and western Inner Mongolia, northern Heilongjiang, northern Shaanxi, most of North China, and southern Sichuan Plateau, among which there was heavy snow in parts of Xinjiang's Ili River Valley, central Hebei, and central Tianjin, and there was blizzard (10 to 15 mm) locally. Most of Huanghuai, Jianghuai, most of Jianghan, Jiangnan, the eastern and southern parts of the southwest region, south China, Taiwan Island and other parts of the area have light to moderate rain, of which, northern Guangxi and other parts of the heavy rain (25 to 45 mm).
