From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, there was light snow in parts of northern Xinjiang, eastern Tibet, eastern Qinghai, eastern Gansu, northeastern Inner Mongolia, and western Heilongjiang; moderate rain occurred in parts of southern Anhui, western Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian, and north-central Jiangxi; heavy rain occurred in hangzhou, Zhejiang, Shangrao, Yingtan, and Fuzhou in Jiangxi.

From the 11th to the 13th, the southern region will continue to be rainy and snowy. There will be light snow or sleet in parts of Guizhou, southeast Chongqing, southwest Hubei, and western Hunan, and there will be heavy to heavy snow in mountainous areas; there will be moderate to heavy rain in Jiangnan, South China and other places.

From the 12th to the 13th, there will be a significant snowfall in northwestern Xinjiang, central Inner Mongolia and north China, among which there will be moderate to heavy snow in parts of The Ili River Valley in Xinjiang, Beijing, Tianjin, north-central Hebei, northern Shanxi, and south-central Inner Mongolia, with local blizzard, accompanied by 4~6 °C cooling, and the local temperature is above 8 °C.

From 08:00 on February 11 to 08:00 on February 12, there was light to moderate snow in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, the northern part of the northeast region, the Tianshan region and the southern Xinjiang Basin of Xinjiang, eastern Tibet, northern and eastern Qinghai, central and eastern Gansu, southern Ningxia, southwestern Shaanxi, and the western Sichuan Plateau, of which there was heavy snow (5 to 8 mm) in parts of southeastern Heilongjiang and southeastern Tibet. Most of Jianghuai, eastern Jianghan, Jiangnan, eastern Southwest China, most of South China, most of Taiwan Island and other parts of the area have light to moderate rain. There are 4 to 6 winds in some parts of central Inner Mongolia and northern Tibet.

Most of Huanghuai, Jianghuai, most of Jianghan, Jiangnan, the eastern and southern parts of the southwest region, south China, Taiwan Island and other parts of the area have light to moderate rain, of which, northern Guangxi and other parts of the heavy rain (25 to 45 mm).
