#2021 Year-End Workplace Inventory #2021 Mid-Career Inventory
Time is like a white colt passing through the gap, and the year 2021 has passed. Looking back on the past year, there have been joys, pains, pressures, and passions. I felt very fulfilled along the way. Now I would like to summarize the work of the year as follows:
First, ideologically, I actively participated in political studies, cared about major state affairs, and consciously abided by various laws and regulations and the rules and regulations formulated by the school. I love students and treat every student with a fair and equitable attitude.
Second, in terms of ability, I participated in the "from excellent to excellent" training organized by the superior department and the various trainings organized by the school; often listened to the lessons of other teachers and learned from their experiences; responded to the school's call to conduct research on "teaching evaluation and consistency teaching design based on new curriculum standards"; won the second prize in the "Teaching Goal Narrative Contest" held in the city; provided one municipal open class and two school-level open classes.
Third, in terms of teaching, I carefully study teaching materials, study teaching methods, study students, take students as the main body, and strive to improve students' academic performance on the basis of students' cognitive level. In the two final exams in 2021, the physics results of the three classes I taught were ideal, and my teaching performance was among the best among the teachers in the same subject.
The past has become history, the tiger is full of power in 2022, in the new year, I decided to do the following things:
Read at least ten educational books.
Second, do your job well, so that the results of the students you teach are not only among the best in the school, but also in the city to achieve better rankings.
Third, earnestly learn from the excellent creators of "Today's Headlines" and strive to create good works that are useful to readers.
