The employee had been working all his life, had a hard time retiring, and could have rested at home and been recuperating for a long time, but had to re-sign the labor contract and re-enter another job. Why?

Pensions are not enough to support the family, not enough to provide for the elderly, should be the main reason why most employees come back to work after retirement. There are several in our unit, and before they retire, they have already found retirement positions, and in order to live, they still have to earn an income. Most of the janitors and security guards in the society are older, and if you investigate, many of them are retired enterprise employees. Although the salary is low, it is also an income, and it is better to supplement the family than to stay at home without income.

The retirement pension policy under the dual-track system has put a large number of enterprise employees in a more passive position after retirement. Limited to the impact of enterprise efficiency, enterprise wage system and other factors, they have low wage income when they are on the job, the pension insurance premium paid by themselves is low, the pension insurance premium paid by the unit is low, and the double "low fee" effect, resulting in the low retirement fee they receive after retirement, coupled with the fact that they have no savings, in order to ensure the living standards after retirement, they have to choose to go out again to find a job. Ma Gang, a 57-year-old employee, is just a representative of thousands of enterprise employees in China.
