At the end of last year, the Qingyang District Bureau of Justice and Xiyuhe Street jointly built the first public law study and usage service base in Qingyang District, which includes 12 kinds of rule of law service platforms and carriers such as "five rooms, two stations, two platforms, one hall, one hospital and one garden", providing citizens with a full range of one-stop legal services. Since the completion of the base, it has been welcomed and praised by the residents, and many residents will take the initiative to come to the base to learn legal knowledge, consult legal issues, and seek legal help, and the residents' awareness of the rule of law has been greatly improved, and a strong new trend of rule of law culture has been formed in the jurisdiction.

The three major studios make the rule of law service more professional

Every Thursday afternoon, many citizens gather on the second floor of the Xiyuhe Street Citizens' Service Base for Learning law and usage, and they all come to professional lawyers to consult legal issues. Grandall Law Studio is regularly seated every Thursday afternoon by professional lawyers to provide pro bono consulting services to the public. From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., two hours of consulting service time, the citizens who came to consult were endless, not only in their own jurisdictions, but also in many other surrounding jurisdictions. The questions consulted by the citizens mainly focused on illegal fund-raising, marriage problems, real estate problems and elderly support issues.

Aunt Li, who lives near Yangshi Street, has recently been thinking of one thing in her heart, she bought a house for her son and prepared to wait for her son to get married, but her son did not listen to his advice and planned to sell the house to speculate in stocks, so her relationship with her son was very stiff. Liu Qi Mediation Studio provides voluntary mediation services every Tuesday afternoon, and the studio is composed of several backbone residents who are enthusiastic about mass work in the jurisdiction, using the method of the masses to solve the problems of the masses, so that the studio has been very popular since its establishment last year, and has received good social results. "Now the residents of the jurisdiction encounter any contradictions or problems, they will not look for the community as before, but come to us on their own initiative, we and the residents are like brothers and sisters, they trust us very much."

Compared with the two studios of Guohao and Liu Qi, the objects served by Zhang Qianxinqing's studio are more special, mainly for people serving sentences, corrections, release after completing their sentences, and teenagers. Zhang Qian is the director of a law firm and a senior psychologist. In the studio, he volunteered to provide psychological counseling to the public. The studio regularly distributes mental health questionnaires, conducts targeted assessments of psychological activities, and provides timely counseling and treatment to people with mental illness to help them restore their confidence and reintegrate into society. The studio also holds "Xinqing Training Course" from time to time to provide re-employment training for special personnel.

Build rule-of-law cinemas and libraries to enhance residents' rule of law literacy

On the fourth floor of the base, there is also a special cinema, which is special in that it only shows films on the theme of the rule of law, once a week. Last Monday, the rule of law theater screened the film "Straw Hat Policeman", although it is working hours, it still attracts the public to watch, and the small cinema is very popular. Half an hour before the screening of the movie, aunt Zhou and his wife, a resident of the jurisdiction, came to the cinema early, "We saw the propaganda poster in the courtyard and learned that we were going to show the movie today, so we came." Aunt Zhou said that she and her wife usually like to watch the rule of law warning TV at home, come to the base cinema to watch movies with residents, than at home, but also make some old friends.

At the entrance of the movie theater, the reporter saw that the rule of law film schedule for June had been released, and five rule of law films such as "Awakening", "For Tomorrow", and "Judge Zhang's Anecdote of the Trial cow" will be screened in June. "The films we screen are carefully selected, the theme and content of each film are related to the rule of law, which has a strong educational effect and enlightenment significance, and the public can learn a lot of legal knowledge through watching the film, and help everyone establish the concept and awareness of the rule of law in a subtle way."

It is reported that as of now, the rule of law theater has played a total of 41 movies and received more than 1,000 people. At the same time, the rule of law theater also adopts the form of "mobile cinema", playing dam and dam movies in courtyards, squares and other places, and before each film screening, a legal propaganda short film is played to tell the legal cases that are closely related to life.

In addition to the rule of law cinema, the rule of law library is also a major feature and highlight of the base. The books provided by the library are mainly rule of law books, in addition to some books on science and technology, health, history and culture. The library is open to the public throughout the day, and the public can not only read and recharge books in the library, learn legal knowledge, but also borrow books to study at home. Resident Uncle Liu is a regular visitor to the library, as long as the family is okay, he has to go to the library almost every day to read, "I used to like to study law when I was young, and now that I am retired, I have more time to study."
