The official website of the Caidian District Natural Resources and Planning Bureau recently announced that the Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City will build a cultural and sports activity center. According to the plan, in the future, this center will meet the needs of surrounding residents for cultural visits and sports in one stop.
According to the public information, the project is located north of Qinrun Avenue, south of Jianti Street and west of the Gaoluo River Ecological Corridor in Caidian District, with a planned construction land of 64,500 square meters. Among them, the sports center totals about 27,400 square meters, including basketball training hall, standard swimming training hall, sports training hall, e-sports hall, etc.; the cultural center totals about 30,100 square meters, including professional theaters, libraries, science and technology centers, cultural centers (exhibition halls), cultural centers (cultural training), etc.
The project will also build 528 underground parking spaces for motor vehicles, including 422 ordinary parking spaces and 106 new energy parking spaces, 1078 non-motorized parking spaces, and 23 tourist bus parking spaces.
It is understood that the deadline for this announcement is February 16.
