Second, when I first started working, I first got an offer and then considered the work location, and for the work thing, I was more of a trend.

At that time, when I heard the news stories of various big factories, I felt that the big factory was very far away from me, and I couldn't enter the big factory, and I never felt that I was excellent in my personal cognition, and I was not confident in my ability. After starting work, under the guidance of the company's leadership training and seniors, the basic ability of work has been rapidly improved, and more recognition has been obtained at work, and after contact with more fresh people and things, more curiosity and yearning for the outside world have been generated. 02 The 2nd job hopping, there is cognition, want to develop steadily.

The second period of work lasted 1 year and 8 months from entry to departure. I came to the legendary first-tier city. At this point I have no specific plans for the next 3 and 5 years of work. In addition to considering career development, you also need to coordinate your life, want to precipitate industry experience, there is no 3, 5 years is not possible, if you struggle in a first-tier city for another 3-5 years, the accumulation of industry experience is not a problem, but it is more difficult to survive, because after 3-5 years to enter the next stage of life, may have to start a family, may have to land in the city, if you struggle for a few more years and then choose life and urban stability, the time cost consumption is too high.

03 In the 3rd job-hopping thinking... Cognitive lifting, walking or staying is a problem.

The shortcomings of the status quo are slow improvement in ability and low sense of achievement. But in the past year, I have completely taken over all the business of the current company, established product work specifications, and initially built a data system, so that the company has changed from patting my head to making products to market-oriented, user-centric, and data-based; moreover, I have been fully integrated into the current team, everyone trusts and collaborates with each other, and personal ability is also recognized by the team, which is the core figure of the team; third, there is no beautiful data on the results accumulated over the past year. But it has laid a solid foundation for 22 years of precision operation. If you leave at this time, you will not be willing to make all the efforts and efforts you have made before.

So, this time job hopping "go" or "stay" is really a problem.

With the introduction of the national monopoly policy, the local life services done by local people will have a greater market space, and there is no lack of opportunities and development on this track.

Cultural Tourism: Following the Issuance of the 14th Five-Year Plan for The Development of Culture and Tourism by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in June last year, 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have successively issued local versions of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Tourism. Cultural tourism is officially in the industry on the cusp.

Today's plan is to do a regional rollout. There are still many uncertainties and risks in doing this thing of regional expansion. If the status quo is maintained, the company and individuals are developing steadily, and it is still difficult to make profits.

New company: established in 15 years, from several people workshops to the current 20+ team, to do smart scenic spots, business to promote to a number of provinces and cities, has now achieved profitability. Is to create a scenic spot as the focus of the tourism + service ecology for business upgrades, has established a pilot, after the Spring Festival to promote, is an opportunity but also there are risks, if the business expansion fails, return to the original track, is a stable + rush model.

Compared with the current situation of the company's development and the team, the new company has an advantage.

3) Consider point 3: Personal development

Current company: According to the current company's overall planning, the product is in a relatively passive state. It takes longer to achieve achievement. The advantage is that it has been running in with the team for more than a year, the company's various businesses are more understanding, in addition to following the general direction of the company's strategy, you can first use the existing resources to do meaningful things for personal growth. In addition, the company has been stable for more than a year, and if you are ready to get married and start a family, the company is now more advantageous.

New company: product work is more challenging, the ability to think, industry ability, learning ability, ability to resist pressure, management ability have higher requirements, and must be results-oriented, more powerful than personal drive. The disadvantage is also that if you change a new company, you have at least 1 year to develop your career, and the corresponding matter of starting a family should also be postponed for one year.

In terms of personal development, the two companies have their own advantages and disadvantages, and if you make a choice, you are still willing to try more when you are young.
