At present, the enterprise has established a long-term and stable interest connection mechanism of "company + base + farmer" with 11 agricultural reclamation enterprises and more than 50 large sugar beet growers in our city and surrounding areas, promoting sugar beet cultivation throughout the city, and is committed to creating a "green sugar capital" in Hulunbuir. At the same time, the city highlights the construction of the whole beet plant industrial chain, further extends the industrial chain, promotes the extension of the beet biological industry to green, deep and high-end, and drives the development of production and processing enterprises such as the downstream industry of sugar beet sugar.
Li Xuezhong, vice chairman of Hulunbuir Shengtong Sugar Technology Co., Ltd., said that the by-product molasses of the sugar industry is the raw material for the manufacture of dry yeast, at present, Shengtong Sugar is docking with Angel Yeast Company, etc., and plans to do enough in the deep processing of molasses, focusing on extending and strengthening the industrial chain, accelerating the development of green circular industry, investing in the joint construction of yeast, betaine and other products deep processing and production projects, investing in the joint construction of animal feed, organic fertilizer, planting and breeding cycle ecological projects, and building a "sugar beet planting — Sugar beet sugar - yeast - animal feed - organic fertilizer" green ecological organic cycle of the whole industrial chain.
In addition to molasses, another subsidiary product of the sugar industry, "granular meal", is the high-quality feed of dairy cows and beef cattle, which has completely changed the previous "high cost of feeding cattle, no feeding material, no milk production, no meat", which not only reduces the cost of breeding, but also increases the profit margin of breeding, providing sufficient feed for another leading enterprise in the industrialization of agriculture and animal husbandry in our city, the confidence dairy cow breeding base under Cézanne Dairy Co., Ltd. and the local major dairy farms.
Yu Bo, director of the Confidence Animal Husbandry Production Farm of Hulunbuir Cézanne Dairy, said that the effect of pellet meal feeding cattle is very good, not only the price is lower than that of ordinary feed, but also increases the milk production of cattle. Our cattle farm has more than 2,000 high-yield imported high-quality dairy cows and orders about 4,000 tons of pellet meal per year.

As the largest dairy processing enterprise in our city, Hulunbuir Cézanne Dairy Co., Ltd. has developed uh-temperature sterilized pure milk, cream, thick milk series and other high-end dairy products after reorganization, and built a complete supply chain system with Luckin, Starbucks and other enterprises, and found a new profit point for dairy development. At present, Cézanne Dairy has obtained the "Hulunbuir Milk" brand license, and 6 products have obtained green food certificates.
Wang Keqiang, director of production and operation of Hulunbuir Cezanne Dairy Co., Ltd., said that in 2021, the total production volume of Hulunbuir Cezanne Dairy Co., Ltd. will be about 18,000 tons, an increase of 80% over 2020, and the total industrial output value will reach 220 million yuan.
