In recent days, the Renshou County Market Supervision Bureau has actively implemented the "Spring Thunder Action 2022" work deployment and organized law enforcement personnel to carry out special rectification of online ordering in different areas.
During the operation, the law enforcement personnel of the Renshou County Market Supervision Bureau inspected the office order receiving places of online ordering platforms such as "Hungry Mo" and "Meituan" and some catering food delivery merchants.
The inspection team demanded that the third-party platform for online ordering should strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements and strengthen the management of settled merchants. The settled merchants must illuminate the certificate, implement double filing, the uploaded pictures must be consistent with the actual situation, and the merchants who meet the health conditions and have relevant business qualifications can be allowed to go online; regularly train the platform and the settled merchants, improve the relevant systems, and ensure standardized food delivery; each catering merchant must use qualified packaging materials and transportation tools that match the food storage temperature; for merchants who do not meet the requirements, they must be advised to withdraw from the third-party platform.
In the next step, the county market supervision bureau will continue to strengthen supervision and inspection, and strictly investigate and punish violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Measures for the Investigation and Handling of Illegal Acts of Online Food Safety, and other laws and regulations, so as to further purify the online ordering environment in our county and ensure the health and safety of the people. It is understood that since 2021, the county market supervision bureau has inspected more than 800 catering distribution merchants, ordered 51 households to rectify, and implemented administrative penalties for 27 households, with a penalty amount of more than 10,000 yuan.
