According to Huizhou house price statistics, in January 2022, a total of 31 projects in Huizhou were approved for pre-sale certificates, of which 11 were brand new projects, with a total of 6695 new supply listings, down 29.3% from December (9473 units) month-on-month; the new supply area was 665,000 square meters, down 33.5% from December (1,000 square meters).
New products are available in seven counties. Among them, 7 projects in Huiyang District supplied 3396 sets, accounting for 50.7% far ahead, ranking first in the supply of counties and districts, and the only county with a supply of more than 3,000 sets; Boluo County followed closely behind, with 9 projects supplying 1377 sets, accounting for 20.6%.
