At the opening ceremony, Jingzhou Ocean World said in a speech as the representative of the start of the project that the centralized groundbreaking ceremony heralded the full construction of the third phase of the Jingzhou Ocean World project invested and built by the New Territories Cultural Tourism Group.
The third phase of the Jingzhou Ocean World Project actively responds to the call of the Party Central Committee, invests 1.5 billion yuan to create a comprehensive tourism resort that integrates high-end cultural tourism clusters such as Ice and Snow World, Art Park, Five-star Luxury Hotels, and Large Commercial Supermarkets, and joins hands with Sunac Cultural Tourism Group to accelerate the realization of the vision of "300 million people in ice and snow", and through the new experience of national ice and snow sports + tourism and vacation, it will add another beautiful landscape to Jingzhou's urban tourism.
At that time, Jingzhou Ocean World will be fully upgraded to the New Territories Cultural Tourism City, becoming the first cultural tourism new city in Central China that also has a cluster of ocean world, ice and snow world, water world and high-end hotels.
Since the opening of the first cultural tourism water park in June 2017, Jingzhou Ocean World has been the first major project to land in Guanfeng New Town, and for 5 years, New Territories Cultural Tourism has been coexisting and growing with Guanfeng New Town. At the end of 2021, Jingzhou Ocean World won the honor of the national 4A-level tourist attraction, and has formed a closed loop of tourism and vacation with aquariums, water parks, commercial towns, giant screen cinemas, and high-end residences as the core products, and integrating travel, shopping, entertainment, eating, living, and traveling.
