For example, in May 2021, an AGV intelligent logistics system was planned and implemented for a tire factory, and the project content included AGV system, three-dimensional warehouse, warehouse management system, etc. It is used for automatic identification, transportation, storage, etc. between film, semi-parts and molding materials in the tire production process between production lines, three-dimensional libraries or plane libraries, and molding machines. Its handling tooling diversity, there are trolleys, louvers 8 types of material tooling, weight from 1000KG to 4000KG multiple specifications, lifting height of 1.5 meters, 2.7 meters, 6 meters, etc., well source technical team according to these tooling / trolley size, structure, bearing center of gravity and other design suitable AGV, under the AGV system scheduling, to achieve different tooling, different loads, different processes between the orderly transportation, and different areas of intelligent warehousing management. AGV is equipped with an automatic charging system to meet the 24-hour continuous operation, replacing the original three-shift manual transportation, reducing labor cost savings, and greatly improving safety, and the entire project realizes a full-process, all-scenario 5G fully connected factory.
