Current K-1 WGP Ultra Lightweight Champion Hideaki Yamazaki (34-8-1, 19 KO) is defending his title against Lion Fight champion WBC Muay Thai Tetsuya Yamato (42-20-1, 31 KO). Hideaki Yamazaki won the K-1 WGP Ultra Lightweight championship in the first ko security game in September 2020 by Anpo Rukiya, just after the first ko kashi Mizutani in March last year.
