Wang Xiuping, one of the inheritors of Western Qin embroidery of the national intangible cultural heritage project, is a provincial master of arts and crafts. He is now the chairman of Qianyang Xiuping Embroidery Professional Cooperative and a special embroidery teacher of Qianyang County Vocational Secondary School. He was a deputy to the 12th and 13th Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress. In 2013, she won the title of "Xiqin Qiaoniang" in the Shaanxi Provincial Handicraft Embroidery Competition, and in the same year, she won the honorary title of Outstanding Talent with Outstanding Contribution; in 2014, her embroidery professional cooperative was rated as a municipal excellent cooperative and the title of municipal entrepreneurial star; in 2016, she won the gold medal of the Shaanxi Provincial Women's Handicraft Skills Competition; in 2017, her cooperative was rated as a provincial excellent cooperative; and in 2018, she won the honorary title of national model of building merit In 2019, she was rated as a provincial-level master of arts and crafts by the Shaanxi Arts and Crafts Industry Association.
