On February 7, 2022, Qiao Yin City Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "OCBC Shares") issued an "Indicative Announcement on the Pre-winning Bid for the Sanitation Market-oriented Service Project of Donghu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province for approximately RMB489 million".

Basic information of the project:

1. Project Name: Donghu District Sanitation Market-oriented Service Project;
2. Purchaser: Nanchang East Lake City Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd.;
3. Purchasing agency: Jiangxi Zhongyang Engineering Co., Ltd.;
4. Winning bid (transaction) amount: 47,176,373.48 yuan / year;
5. Service period: Adopt the "1+3+3+3" model, of which the first year is the trial operation period, and the district urban investment company signs a 1-year service contract with the winning enterprise; if the operation quality of the winning enterprise during the trial operation is good, the average annual assessment score is higher than 85 points (inclusive), the first 3-year contract is signed; if the winning enterprise is in the first 3-year service period, the average score of each annual assessment is higher than 85 points (inclusive), the second 3-year contract is renewed; if the winning enterprise is in the second 3-year service period, the average score of each annual assessment is higher 85 points (inclusive), renewal of a third 3-year contract;
6. Estimated total amount of winning bids: According to the project price adjustment mechanism, with reference to the annual CPI increase and fuel price adjustment range, from the project operation, every three years on the basis of the previous three years, the annual contract amount increased by 3%, and the total amount of the winning bid was about 489 million yuan;
7. Scope of services: The main and secondary roads, back streets and alleys, open community cleaning and cleaning of 9 street offices in the built-up area of Donghu District.
