Live monitoring shows that from 08:00 yesterday to 08:00 today, blizzards appeared in 38 counties and municipalities in Xiangxi Prefecture, Huaihua, Zhangjiajie, Changde, Yiyang, Changsha, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou, Hengyang, Loudi, Shaoyang, etc., of which Jishou, Luxi, Taojiang, Anhua, Yuanjiang, Xiangyin, Miluo, Pingjiang, Heshan, Nanyue 10 counties and municipalities appeared blizzard, other areas were dominated by rainfall, Yongzhou, south-central Hengyang, southern Zhuzhou, Chenzhou and other places experienced moderate to heavy rain.
