It is reported that during the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" period, Ningxia will implement the action of improving grain conservation and reducing health consumption, improve the grain post-harvest service system, improve the ability of grain post-production service centers to clean up, dry, store, process, and sell on behalf of grain, vigorously promote the work of order-based purchase and special collection of high-quality grain, and support the "grain bank" to give play to the professional advantages of unified drying, unified processing, and unified storage, reduce the waste of grain resources, and improve the efficiency of grain planting.

It is estimated that by 2025, the proportion of medium and low temperature and quasi-low temperature warehouse capacity in Ningxia local reserves will reach more than 50%.
