On the fourth day of the first lunar month, I started the first practice in the early morning of the Year of the Tiger.

From the warm home to the new courtyard, the eastern dawn breaks, the morning light is faint, the wind is blowing, although it is no longer so harsh, but it is still mixed with wisps of cold. Just a few steps, far away from the tall and tall larch tree in the southeast corner of the green belt, hanging a piece of yellow bright small round ball ball, walked to the front to see, wow! It turned out to be the spring flowers blooming!

Light gray-brown, thin and long, arched growth high and short, staggered gaps in branches, a few, slightly curled oval withered leaves, with a faint greenery, a string of delicate flower bones with clusters of body, small and exquisite, buds waiting to be released, like a baby who has just descended to the world, mimosa and covered her face, and the dazzling yellow flowers that are as thin as butterfly wings and fully open six petals, like a golden trumpet, playing cheerful songs; half of the pipa with one or two petals slightly cracked, Like a mischievous doll with a small mouth that laughs and laughs, swaying with the wind. With the unexpected joy of this flower blooming primrose, walking on the spacious and clean road, a warm current spread throughout the body. Open your arms, embrace the blue sky, and faintly hear the sound of stretching your muscles and bones, as if your body is growing upwards and growing again...

Looking at the calendar, it turns out that today coincides with Lichun.

Lichun, the first of the twenty-four solar terms, marks the end of winter and the beginning of spring. The Yi zhou shu shi xun records: "On the day of the spring, the east wind thaws; on the fifth day, the stinging insects begin to vibrate; and on the fifth day, the fish are on ice." "It means that after the spring, the sun and the sting, the weather becomes warmer, the grass and trees first sprout, the flowers and branches are pregnant, the vientiane is renewed, and the natural colors of Mother Earth are gradually colorful. Subsequently, the song and swallow dance, the purple and red, the thriving, the ten thousand horses galloping... Many words describing spring come to mind. At this moment, the sound of the water of the Jiuqu Yellow River seems to be heard roaring, and the scene of "sowing a grain of millet in spring and harvesting ten thousand seeds in autumn" seems to be presented in front of the curtain.

The waves roll, the waves are mighty, the whirlpools are swirling, the water splashes, and the layers of pale yellow water curtains that rise like waterfalls rise like a huge scroll of paintings stretching out into the distance, connecting with the reckless sky. The lofty mountains on both sides of the river are magnificent, the grass on the slopes of the embankment is green, and the forest belt is green. "The water of the Yellow River rises from heaven and flows to the sea and never returns", it is really a spectacle on earth! On both sides of the Yellow River' old road, the ice and snow in the farmland have long melted, and the wheat seedlings that have returned to green have emerged to smear new green. Farmers facing the loess with their backs to the sky are busy irrigating and fertilizing, and these busy figures include old people who have experienced vicissitudes, strong men who have stood up, and innocent children. The tireless footsteps of men, women and children are so cheerful and light, and the endless and hopeful wilderness is their inexhaustible and inexhaustible driving force. "People are not lazy diligently, and the granaries are full after autumn", and the happiness that struggles by their own industrious hands is the sweetest.

Spring breaks free from the shackles of the cold and breaks the cocoon in a warm embrace. Thus, she rode on the gentle southern wind to the world, spreading throughout the vast mountains and rivers of the motherland, giving birth to a grand feast of recovery, and then quietly waiting for the brilliant blooming highlight moment to come as scheduled.

The opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics, which attracted worldwide attention, was also held tonight at the National Stadium, with a countdown performance opening in the time rotation of the traditional Chinese calendar, with twenty-four solar terms flashing on the big screen. In a cheer, on the central screen of the stadium, the bright moon rises, the butterflies flutter, the dandelion seeds fly into the air, the brilliant fireworks light up the bird's nest, and the Chinese and English shapes of "Li Chun" are perfectly presented. A child trumpeter blows "My Motherland and Me" affectionately, and the melodious melody flutters over the nest. Exemplary figures from all walks of life and representatives of 56 nationalities "passed on the national flag by hand"; "Heavenly Girl Scattered Flowers" showed the beauty of the national essence of Peking Opera, allowing people around the world to see a new expression of traditional Chinese art across time and space; galloping horses, vast snow... The romance in Chinese bones is vividly displayed; the abstract slides, ice and snow forms are properly integrated into the calligraphy, showing the heavy charm of oriental culture; finally the innocent and cute children hold the sparkling "white pigeons" and run freely from all directions, gathering into a huge heart in the middle of the stadium to send the best wishes. With the theme of "The World is One, the World Is One", the ethereal opening ceremony performance full of modern atmosphere successfully played a magnificent movement of unity, peace and friendship of all mankind, which not only demonstrated the grandeur of a big country, but also made the world refreshed.

The plan of the year lies in the spring, and the spring returns to the earth and the grass and trees. Li Chun, Li De, Li Zhi, Li Zhi, Li Li, Li Li, Li Yi, Li Li, Li Li, Li Chun, Li De, Li Chun I hope that the years can be expected like spring, live up to the years, set goals, move forward bravely, and keep the right and innovate.
