Protecting wetlands is everyone's responsibility. On February 2, in order to raise the public's awareness of the value and benefits of wetlands, so as to better protect wetlands and actively promote the construction of ecological civilization, Shanyin County held a "World Wetland Day" publicity activity with the theme of "Cherishing Wetlands • Harmonious Coexistence between Man and Nature". All cadres and workers of Shanyin County Wetland Management and Protection Center and young volunteers of the Communist Youth League participated in the activity.
At the event, the staff and volunteers patiently explained the knowledge of wetlands to passers-by and enthusiastically distributed publicity materials so that the masses could better understand and cherish the wetlands.
Activities advocate that wetlands are the birthplace of human civilization, is the home of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, has been named "kidney of the earth", "bird paradise", "rare animal umbrella" and other reputations, the protection of wetland resources, sharing green water and green mountains, maintaining ecological security is the mission entrusted to us by history, I hope that the general public actively participate in the protection of wetlands volunteer team, become the protection of wetlands, cherish birds, love animals and plants of the master, contribute to the protection of wetlands.
