China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Harbin Institute of Technology and Hart Three-dimensional Technology Co., Ltd. jointly tackled the key problems, the school has played the technical advantages in the research and development of new materials, precision forming technology and equipment research and development for many years, and finally selected the use of 3D printing technology to develop the torch, and conquered the problem of precision forming of the torch in the development process.

Through the testing and optimization of a variety of 3D printing materials, Professor Su Yanqing's team optimized the forming process of the internal structure of the torch, systematically verified and improved the 3D printing process of the burner, and finally successfully prepared the hydrogen torch and its combustion system that fully met the requirements, ensuring the reliability of the main torch combustion of the Winter Olympics.

Professor Su Yanqing's team and Hart's three-dimensional technical team have improved the 3D printing equipment, supporting the development of a new printing process, further improving the printing efficiency and the internal quality of the printing torch, and meeting all aspects of the requirements of the torch production.
