Tesla recently launched the largest recall in history in the United States, with a maximum of 817,000 vehicles, covering the 2021-2022 Model S and Model X, the 2017-2022 Model 3 and the 2020-2022 Model Y.
The reason for the recall is that when the vehicle is started and the driver is not fastening the seat belt, the seat belt warning bell may not ring. Tesla will fix this issue through an OTA.

The U.S. Highway Safety Administration (NHTSA) believes that the lack of seatbelt tones is a safety risk, and Tesla must include it in an official safety recall in addition to solving the problem through software updates.
Previously, Tesla recalled nearly 54,000 vehicles because fully autonomous driving software (FSD) could make vehicles pass through "stop signs" without completely stopping.
