Stein: Bulls, Raptors intended Spurs center Peltel

According to earlier reports today, the Spurs' asking price for Pelter is a first-round pick + a high-quality player.

According to Marc Stein, the Bulls and Raptors are interested in getting Pelter — the Raptors have previously been reported to want to bring back Pelter, and the Bulls have reportedly wanted to trade for a substitute center.

Peltel has played 43 games for the Spurs this season, averaging 28.7 minutes per game, 13.1 points, 9 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.7 blocks, shooting 61.4% from the field.
