Manchester United midfielder Van der Beek has officially announced that he has been loaned to Everton, the 11th player in Premier League history to be passed by the Red Devils. In recent years, there have been countless red-to-blue stars, but only half of them have been successful at Goodison Park.
Tim Howard
In 2006, Tim Howard, who was reduced to a senior substitute at Manchester United, transferred to Everton on loan and immediately delivered a convincing performance, successfully reborn at Everton. At Everton, Tim Howard played 414 games for the team and miraculously scored one goal. Louis Saha
Louis Saha spent four and a half years at Manchester United, winning almost all of his home titles, and in 2008 he decided to move to Everton for a more stable start, while Ferguson was happy to leave the squad and salary space to bring in Berbatov. At Everton, Luis Saha scored 35 goals in 115 games for the team, including goals in the 2008–09 FA Cup final, but the team eventually lost to Chelsea and did not have a taste of the title.
Darlon Gibson, Tom Claywilly
Two former United midfielders, once known as "Nova Scholes", both arrived at Goodison Park after a disappointment at Old Trafford. Morgan Schneiderlin overtook Everton for £20m in 2017 when he was not reused by Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho and was hoping to regain form at The second-tier Everton. The former France international was also the core of the team's midfield and had a good start. However, with Marco Silva coming to power, Morgan Schneiderin began to fall out of favor, and then he became more and more lost, leaving the team in 2020 to move to Nice in Ligue 1.
