In order to do a good job in the reception service of tourists during the Spring Festival, the staff of the Turpan Museum stuck to their posts during the Spring Festival, opened the museum on time, and provided free explanations for tourists, actively interacted with tourists, and provided professional and funny interpretation services for tourists in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, which has been loved by people of all ethnic groups since its launch.
At present, there are 4 free lectures per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.

Jiaohe Old City
Jiaohe Ancient City is located in Xinjiang Turpan City about 10 kilometers west of a willow leaf-shaped terrace, because the river diversion around the city, so called Jiaohe, it is the world's largest and oldest, best-preserved raw indigenous architecture city, but also the mainland preserved for more than 2,000 years of the most complete urban ruins, the existing sites show the Silk Road along the relevant urban culture, construction technology, Buddhism and multi-ethnic culture exchanges and spread, it is important for the study of East-West cultural exchanges, Silk Road history, Central Asian civilization and ancient city architecture, ethnic, religious, Art and so on have an irreplaceable role, because of its important research value, in 1961 by the State Council announced as the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units. It was inscribed on the World Heritage List in June 2014.
