Recent monitoring has found that some websites, WeChat groups, QQ groups, social media accounts, etc. impersonate the name of the Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, claiming to be the official payment collection channel, luring P2P online lenders to pay the deposit, in an attempt to defraud P2P online lenders, there are major risks and hidden dangers.
The CBIRC has not established or authorized the establishment of a payment collection channel for P2P online lending institutions. Please P2P online loan lenders to be vigilant, enhance risk prevention awareness and identification ability, relevant payment collection channels please timely confirm with P2P online lending institutions or local rectification offices, if suspected illegal and criminal clues are found, please actively report to the public security and other relevant departments.
