Basic situation of the epidemic

Yesterday (February 2) from 0:00 to 24:00, a total of 1 new locally confirmed case was reported in Hangzhou, in Fuyang District. Today (February 3) from 0:00 to 14:00, 1 new locally confirmed case was reported, in Binjiang District. Both cases were detected at a centralized isolation point.

Since January 26, a total of 113 locally confirmed cases have been reported in Hangzhou, with regional distributions of 50 cases in Binjiang District, 44 cases in Fuyang District, 14 cases in Xiaoshan District, 2 cases in Shangcheng District, 2 cases in Gongshu District, and 1 case in Xihu District.

At present, the epidemic prevention and control situation in Hangzhou mainly presents the following characteristics.

• From the perspective of the number of cases, the inflection point has appeared, and the cases reported in the past two days are all single digits, 1 case on the 2nd, and 1 case so far on the 3rd.
• Judging from the channels through which the cases were found, 54 cases in the past 5 days were found in the screening of centralized isolation points.

Further strengthen the organizational leadership of isolation point management

Further strengthen the business specifications of the isolation point

Due to the sharp increase in the number of people in this round of epidemic isolation, more than 100 isolation points are newly established, and these isolation hotels and management personnel lack management experience in isolation points, and need to train them, strengthen business norms, and further clarify the standards and implementation requirements for organizational leaders, the standardized setting of places, the management of isolation objects and staff, and the elimination of garbage removal and transportation environment.

Further improve the level of digitalization of isolation point management
