Manchester United have reached an agreement with Everton on a loan for Vanderbek for the second half of the season, and the Daily Mail has revealed that the Toffee is willing to pay a loan fee of £500,000 and bear the full salary of its £120,000 weekly salary, on better terms than Crystal Palace.
Crystal Palace, which first proposed a loan loan for Van de Beek, is coached by former teammate Vieira of his future father-in-law Bergkamp, however, Everton's incoming new coach Lampard personally calls and convinces Van to choose his team. The two are expected to make an official announcement at the same time as the winter window closes in January.
