Zhao Dan, 19, is the youngest runner in the Chinese steel frame snow team. Although he is a newcomer of the "post-00s", he has quite a "big general style" on the field. Four years ago, she joined the China Steel Frame Snow Team in the Hohhot Athletics Team in Inner Mongolia by practicing long jump in the hohhot athletics team, and soon fell in love with this "brave sport".

In 2020, Zhao Dan represented the Chinese team in the Winter Youth Olympic Games held in Switzerland and won the seventh place, which was the first time that a Chinese women's steel frame snowmobile had boarded the Winter Youth Olympic Games. In the 2021/2022 season, Zhao Dan won the Intercontinental Cup in Innsbruck; the best result in the World Cup was 15th.

The steel frame snowmobile project started late in China, and Zhao Dan can be the flag bearer of the Chinese delegation to the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, which will surely bring more attention to the project competition and subsequent development.
