On July 17, the Urumqi Anti-Telecom Network Fraud Center (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Anti-Fraud Center) said that if the public has any questions, they can call the public security organs 110, 96110, 7654321 numbers for consultation.

According to the staff of the Municipal Anti-Fraud Center, on July 14, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Public Security held the launching ceremony and press conference of the 12381 fraud-related early warning and dissuasion SMS system in Beijing, and officially launched the 12381 fraud-related early warning and dissuasion SMS system.

The system can automatically analyze and find potential victim users based on the numbers involved in the case provided by the public security organs, and send early warning text messages to users at the first time through the 12381 SMS port, prompting users that they may face 9 types of telecommunications network fraud cases such as "loans", "single rebates", and "impersonation of public prosecutors law".

The system does not associate the user's personal information, there is no manual intervention in the whole process, and the protection means such as anti-attack, anti-leakage, and anti-theft are deployed, which can effectively ensure the security of personal information.

In view of different types of early warnings and the degree of urgency, the public security organs in the capital may also carry out further early warning and dissuasion by telephone and door-to-door meetings. When the masses receive an early warning text message from 12381, they are likely to encounter telecommunications network fraud, please remain highly vigilant and keep in mind the principle of "three noes and one more": "unknown links are not clicked, strange calls are not credulous, personal information is not disclosed, transfer and remittance are more verified", beware of being deceived.
