JR-Smith signed a contract with Economics as a college golfer or will earn hundreds of thousands of dollars

Live Bar, Jan. 29 -- U.S. sports management company Excel Sports today announced that it has signed a contract with former NBA player JR-Smith and acquired its NIL (New name, image and likeness legislation) rights (JR-Smith's portrait in the golf program).

JR is currently attending freshman year at North Carolina A&M State University, and he also joined the school's golf team as a first-year NCAA golf player. The signing could benefit JR by hundreds of thousands of dollars, and golf equipment, clothing makers and game companies have all taken a keen interest in it.

JR Smith entered the NBA in 2004 and played for the Hornets, Nuggets, Knicks, Cavaliers and Lakers, and won NBA championships for the Cavaliers and Lakers. The total career salary is about $90 million.
