Australian Open: Anna Danielina reached the doubles final

HARP/NUR-SULTAN/JAN 27 – Kazakh tennis player Anna Danielina reached the Australian Open doubles final.

In the semi-finals, Anna Danielina and Brazilian partner Beatrice Haddad Meiya teamed up against the No. 2 seed of the tournament, Japan's Shuko Aoyama, and the Japanese-American Shibahara Eicho.

Previously, in a competition at the WTA in Sydney, the Anna Daenelina/Beatrice Hadad Maia combination beat the combination.

In the first set of the semifinals, the Kazakhstan/Brazil combination established an advantage 6:4, and in the second set, the Japanese combination won back a set 7:5.

In the third set, Anna Danielina/Beatrice Haddad Meyer regained the advantage and won two of the three sets.

In the 2 hours and 20 minutes of the match, the Kazakhstan-Brazil combination sent out 2 Ace balls and 4 of them on 9 break points. The opposing organization sent 1 Ace ball and only 3 of the 11 break points.

It is worth mentioning that this is the first time Anna Daenelina has reached a Grand Slam final.

In the final, the Kazakhstan/Brazil duo will face off against the winner of the tournament's No. 1 seed, czech duo Balbora Kreichkova/Katerina Snikova and Russia's Kudmetova and Belgium's Alice Mertens.
