According to the data, the main business of Maijie Technology is divided into electronic components and LCM liquid crystal display modules. Among them, electronic components include inductors and RF components (LTCC filters, SAW filters, BAW filters, RF front-end modules, etc.). Maijie Technology is a leading inductor manufacturer in China, benefiting from the high demand for 5G in the short term, and is expected to benefit from the trend of domestic substitution in the long run.

Maijie Technology said that in the filter, the company formed a comprehensive layout of LTCC+SAW+BAW, benefiting from domestic substitution. In 2020, the global mobile phone RF front-end market size is as high as 18.5 billion US dollars, of which the value of filters accounts for about 47%, the domestic filter manufacturers share less than 10%, and the domestic replacement space is vast. There are a variety of technical paths for filters, and the company has successively laid out LTCC (self-research), SAW (cooperated with 26 institutes of China Electronics), and BAW (established a joint venture subsidiary Rockchip in October 2021), forming a relatively complete filter layout. In 2021, the company will raise an additional 475 million yuan for filter expansion, and will expand the production of LTCC RF components by 1.1 billion and SAW filters by 1.4 billion per year. Driven by the dual drive of demand and production capacity, the company's SAW filter and LTCC filter sales in 2021 increased rapidly, and according to the company's announcement, it is expected that the annual shipment volume in 2021 will increase several times.

It is worth mentioning that in terms of RF filters, Maijie Technology can cover the full-band application of communication systems from low to high, basically covering the needs of downstream customers. Maxjet's high-grade filters and duplexers have made breakthroughs in a number of specific frequency bands to meet the needs of high-end applications. At the same time, the receiving end filter frequency band of Maijie Technology is complete; the tolerance of the transmitter filter power reaches the level of HPUI Class 2; the duplexer has good power tolerance, high yield rate, and the defect rate is controlled below 100ppm, which are at the leading level in China.

For modules, Maijie Technology said that there are two strategic supports: on the one hand, for direct production, this part of the module products have been verified in end customers; on the other hand, for cooperative production, the company provides filter products, and the partners form the final module products. The company's LTCC filter products can be applied to the 5G UHB high band, such as in the N77 to 79 band, the company's LTCC products are a good choice to meet the performance and cost requirements. The market for RF front-end modules is large and growing fast, and the company is in line with the principle of win-win situation, working with all parties to make this market bigger and stronger.
