1.2.2. Regular season global BP
Global BP Mode (BO5): In the game, the heroes used by the other side are prohibited from being used again (the other party is not affected); each red and blue side has 4 Ban positions (the "Peak Showdown" mode is not used in the fifth round of the regular season)
Schematic process
1. In a full-field match, each hero can only choose to play once for a single team.
2. Each small game has 4 Ban positions in the red and blue sides, and the disabled hero is prohibited from using it in this round.
BP order
1) Blues Team Ban 1 Red Team Ban 1 Blue Team Ban 1 Red Team Ban 1
2) BLU Pick 1 Red Team Pick 2 BLU Pick 2 Red Team Pick 1
3) Red Team Ban 1 Blue Team Ban 1 Red Team Ban 1 Blue Team Ban 1
4) Red Team Pick 1 Blue Team Pick 2 Red Team Pick 1
1.2.3. Same score for regular season
If the team points are the same after the regular season:
(1) If the number of teams wins is the same, the ranking is determined according to the number of net wins of the team.
(2) If the number of net wins of the team is the same, the ranking is determined according to the win-loss relationship between the teams involved.
(3) If there is a cycle of win-loss relationship between N teams, the ranking is determined according to the number of net wins of the number of games in which the cycle occurs between teams.
For example, suppose A, B, C, D, E, F are the names of the same scores in a cycle of winner-loser relationships.
Example 1: If A wins B, B wins C, and C wins A, compare the net wins of these three matches. If the comparison is compared after A net wins the most, B and C net wins are the same, the ranking order is determined by the win-loss relationship between B and C.
Example 2: If A wins B, B wins C, C wins D, and D wins A, compare the net wins of these four matches. If the comparison after A net wins the most, B, C, D net wins the same, refer to Example 1; if the comparison results in the ranking of A and B, C, D net wins are the same, the ranking is determined according to the win-loss relationship between C and D.
Example 3: If A wins B, B wins C, C wins D, D wins E, E wins A, compare the net wins of these five matches. If there is still the most net wins in A after the comparison, and the net wins of B, C, D, and E are the same, refer to Example 2; if the ranking of A and B is obtained after the comparison, and the net wins of C, D, and E are the same, refer to Example 1; if the ranking of A, B, C is obtained after the comparison, and the net win of D and E is the same, the ranking is determined according to the win-loss relationship between D and E.
Example 4: If A wins B, B wins C, C wins D, D wins E, E wins F, F wins A, compare the net wins of these six matches. If after the comparison, there are still the most net wins in A, B, C, D, E, F net wins, refer to Example 3; if the ranking of A and B is obtained after comparison, the net wins of C, D, E, and F are the same, then refer to Example 2; if the ranking of A, B, C is obtained after comparison, the net wins of D, E, and F are the same, then refer to Example 1; if the ranking of A, B, C, and D is obtained after comparison, the net win of E and F is the same, and the ranking is determined according to the win-loss relationship between E and F.
(4) If there are still multiple teams with the same ranking, the following methods will be added:
◆ Three teams are ranked in the same ranking, and the BO1 single round robin tournament is held until the three teams are determined in the single round round, and if it is not decided, a new round of round is re-enacted;
◆ Five teams with the same ranking, if there is a five-team ranking, the BO1 single cycle will be carried out, and if the same ranking occurs, the same team will be played according to the corresponding ranking rules;
1.2.4. Playoffs
After the third round-robin round-robin, all teams in Group S enter the playoffs, and the first 4 teams in Group A enter the playoffs for a total of 10 teams, of which the first 4 teams in Group S are the winner group and the remaining 6 teams are the loser group, and the double-elimination roundout is played, and each game is a seven-game best-of-four system (BO7, global BP, including the peak showdown).
1.2.5. Playoff Global BP
Playoff Global BP Mode (BO7, including Peak Showdown): In the first six games, the heroes used by the other side are prohibited from being used again (the other party is not affected); each red and blue side has 4 Ban positions; if the game enters the 7th round, it will enter the "Peak Showdown" mode, the other side of the lineup can not be seen, and the party can choose five different heroes without restriction, and the five heroes need to correspond to the player ID, hero, and summoner skills according to the lineup confirmation form, such as in the case of the completed form confirmation signature Teams that temporarily swap heroes and summoner skills will be punished by the KPL League, and the game will be restarted to ensure that the selected hero/summoner skills of both sides are consistent with the submitted form, and if there are two or more violations, the KPL League has the right to directly award the round of events. If there is a "Peak Showdown" stage, within 180 seconds, the club does not fill in the form (player ID, hero, summoner skill) and sign it in detail, and the hero lineup and summoner skill of the sixth round will be selected by default.
1.Bo7 In full-time matches (except for the seventh inning), each hero can only choose to play once for a single team.

The referee will remove all items in this match area that are not related to the game, including any handwritten notes written by team members. After the selection/disable is completed and the game is launched, the player is prohibited from quitting the game.

If a bug, disconnection, or any other failure interrupts the read process so that a player cannot join the game after the game starts, the game must be paused immediately until all ten players are connected to the game.
2.4. In-Game Procedures
Handheld devices must be played according to the set standards notified before the game. During the competition, the contestants are prohibited from making any adjustments to the frame rate, game sound, and volume of the internal system without authorization.
2.5. Post-Match Procedures
2.5.1. Handshake session
At the end of a series, each team has a certain amount of time for intra-team communication, and after the referee's prompt, they should quickly leave the opposing seat to shake hands with the opponent in the center of the stage (right hand) as a sign of respect.
3.1. Game Suspension
If a player deliberately disconnects without notifying the referee or suspending the game, the game will not be suspended. Players who have not been approved by the referee are prohibited from leaving the playing area during the suspension or interruption of the game.
3.1.1. Suspension of the Alliance
The referee may, at any time, decide whether to pause the game or control the player to pause.
3.1.2. Suspension of Players
Players may only suspend the match after the following events have occurred, but must signal to the referee and obtain verification and permission before the suspension can be suspended. Acceptable reasons include:
(A) Accidental disconnection: A disconnect due to a network or device failure
(B) Equipment failure: Due to a problem with the network, handheld device, game client or server, the ping value of the in-game network has yellowed (≥100ms), and the player must signal to the referee and obtain permission before suspension. After the suspension, the referee on duty needs to confirm that the competition machine has jumped yellow, and the background monitoring confirms that there is a network fluctuation before it can be recognized as a normal suspension.
(C) Player's body is disturbed: The player's body or equipment is disturbed by off-site factors
(D) Unwell: In the event of illness, injury or other circumstances declaring that the player is unable to play, the team must consult the referee for a suspension. The KPL League will assess whether the player will be able to continue playing for a period of time. If the KPL League deems that the player cannot continue the game, the player's team will be penalized based on the KPL League's assessment.
(E) Adversarial suspension
In the process of the game, there is a network fluctuation (network ping≥100), the game has a serious frame drop, the screen abnormality, etc., the player can signal the referee to apply for a suspension; after verification by the referee, the suspension is carried out, if the suspension is triggered, the two sides are in the confrontation stage (it is determined: both sides meet one or more players each to enter the battle state, the confrontation suspension will be triggered), in the confrontation suspension, all the team members of both sides need to immediately stop the killing behavior, and the whole team returns to the safe area in a non-combat state; at this time, the game is suspended again , and clearly inform both players to open the game normally after confirmation. If it is judged that there is an act of deliberately undermining the fairness or malicious suspension of the game in the process, the KPL League will impose additional penalties depending on the serious circumstances.
(F) Rules for the Use of Fluctuations in Time [See Annex for details: Measures for handling Fluctuations in Time]:
Note: [Fluctuation Handling of Time] Can only be triggered if the pre-feasible pause method does not solve the problem.
Due to special circumstances (such as network abnormalities, game failures, malicious cancellations, etc.), the two teams fail to compete on the same level of fairness, and cause a great disadvantage to one side (such as losing the master/tyrant, killing the hero of the other side, etc.). Players or club members may apply to the referee to activate "Fluctuations in Time".
The referee will determine the time point at which the problem occurs according to the actual situation, and the game will "go back in time" to the specified time point of retrospection, and the game will open normally after both parties are in place.
If a player or coaching staff has any violation of the referee's on-site judgment, the following penalties will be imposed:
1. The first violation of the law will be punished with a verbal warning;
2. After verbal warning, the second violation will be punished with a serious warning;
3. After a serious warning, if the penalty is not complied with, it will be punished out of the arena, and the next game will be suspended for one game;
4. Depending on the serious situation, a heavier punishment will be added;
3.1.3. Continue the Game
Players are prohibited from restarting the game without authorization after suspension. The suspension must be cancelled by OB after all players have been informed and are ready for permission from a referee.
3.1.4. Unauthorized suspension
The suspension or cancellation of a player's suspension of the game without the permission of the referee will be considered an act that affects the fairness of the game, and the KPL League will decide how to punish it on a case-by-case basis.
3.1.5. Suspension Period Specification
During the suspension period, the coach is prohibited from interfering with the game (including but not limited to entering the player's play area) throughout the suspension period. Any form of communication (including but not limited to text, voice communication, gesture communication) is prohibited between players and coaches. Communication between players is strictly prohibited from being suspended for less than 5 minutes, and only one player is allowed to communicate with the referee, provided that the reason for the suspension is found or resolved. In the event of a violation of communication, the referee will issue a warning, the warning is invalid, and the KPL league will punish the player according to the circumstances.
3.1.6. Handling of Extreme Situations
In the event of extreme circumstances, or suspensions exceeding 5 minutes, the following process should be followed:
(A) Within 3 minutes (≤3 minutes) of the start of the tournament, the KPL League Arbitration Committee shall rule that the original BP shall be maintained for rematch.
(B) After the start of the event for 3 minutes (≥ 3 minutes), the KPL League Arbitration Committee will consult both clubs for an award.
(C) If both parties agree to a rematch, the economically dominant party shall have the option to maintain the original BP or re-BP for the rematch.
(D) If either party does not agree to a replay, the game shall continue after the game environment has been confirmed to be stable.
(E) If neither party agrees to a rematch, it is ruled that both parties agree with the current tournament environment, and the tournament will continue under the existing network conditions by default, and no suspension for any network reason will be accepted until the end of the match.
(F) If the suspension time exceeds 15 minutes (≥ 15 minutes), the KPL League will rule that it is an extreme event situation, and in order to ensure the viewing experience of the event, the event will continue to play until the end of the game under the existing network conditions.
(G) If, after several debuggings, there are still extreme situations such as network or hardware failures (including but not limited to network yellowing and mobile phone lag), the KPL Alliance shall decide based on the on-site conditions
3.1.7. Suspension of code of conduct
(A) If the suspension time exceeds 5 minutes (≥ 5 minutes), the contestants may communicate with each other.
(B) If the suspension time exceeds 10 minutes (≥ 10 minutes), the player may apply for the toilet as a team; after the application is approved, the player must act collectively, during which time the player is prohibited from communicating with other personnel.
3.2. Restart the game
Unexpected situations caused by various contingencies will be prioritized to use the "Fluctuation of Time" function back to a fairer point in time, and the game can be restarted when the "Fluctuation of Time" situation is not available
3.2.1. Restart Conditions
During a match, if a game has a serious bug (which seriously impairs the player's ability to compete in the game), causes a significant change in the game data or game mechanics, or makes it impossible for the game to continue due to external reasons, the game can be restarted. The KPL Alliance needs to determine that this bug is very serious and can be proven. The KPL League reserves the right to decide whether this bug impairs a player's ability to compete in the game.
3.2.2. Unjust Enrichment
If a player encounters a serious bug, he must promptly signal the referee to suspend the game; if the player is deemed to have tried to delay reporting the bug in order to restart the game at a more favorable time, the player will be punished.
3.2.3. Re-Ban/Pick
If the game needs to be restarted due to a hero bug, the previous selections and disables will no longer be retained. This hero will be disabled for the rest of the matches before the BUG is fixed.
3.2.4. Self-Cause
Before a player is confirmed to be ready, the captain of each team should verify that each player in his team has completed their planned game settings (including inscriptions, game settings, etc.). Setting errors are prohibited as a reason to restart the game. In the global BP mode, after entering the seventh game of the peak showdown, the club needs to complete the completion of the lineup confirmation form and confirm the signature within 180 seconds, and follow the correspondence and locking of the counterpoint player, hero selection, and summoner skills. If the hero and summoner skills are temporarily exchanged after the form has been signed, the KPL Alliance will be punished, and the game will be restarted to ensure that the selected hero/summoner skills of both parties are consistent with the submitted form. If you do not complete the form within 180 seconds to confirm the signature, the hero lineup and summoner skills of the sixth round will be selected by default.
3.2.5. Judgment wins
Due to the technical update of the suit, in principle, the referee will no longer directly determine the victory of a team for various reasons.
3.3. Post-Game Programs
3.3.1. Results
The referee will confirm and record the result of the game.
3.3.2. Technical Records
The player will work with the referee to determine any technical issues.
