However, after media testing, it was found that the strength of the upper beam of Lynk & Co 01 was very different, and it did not reach the consistency of the strength before and after the previous publicity. However, car owners do not think that it is the misunderstanding of consumers, but Lynk & Co deliberately misleads consumers.
Lynk & Co Responded: "The new Lynk & Co 01 is a model sold globally by Lynk & Co, currently selling 01 fuel and 01 PHEV models in China, selling 01 PHEV and 01 HEV models in seven European countries (Sweden, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, italy), and Kuwait selling 01 fuel models, in which the body structure of the same powertrain model is completely the same and will not be distinguished by different sales countries."
To this end, some car owners have put forward a series of evidence to support it. Evidence 1: Lynk & Co 05 is another model of the Lynk & Co brand released before the release of the global Lynk & Co 01, and there are indications of the color corresponding to the type and strength of the steel at the conference, and the structural diagram on the official website is the same.
Evidence two: Lynk & Co 03 is another model of the Lynk & Co brand released earlier than Lynk & Co 05, and the color corresponding to the color marked in the structural diagram on the official website is also consistent with the type of steel at the press conference. Based on the above evidence, supported by the schematic diagram of the steel structure and strength corresponding to the structural schematic diagram used in the early models, the owner believes that the promotion of the global Lynk & Co 01 is deliberately misleading to consumers.
Regarding the owner's point out that the strength of Lynk & Co 01 steel is inconsistent with the publicity, Lynk & Co officials said, "Because there is no unified standard in the body structure indication, the country currently has no unified standard, and Lynk & Co does not have a unified indication specification, so the body structure diagram used by different departments or different scenes of Lynk & Co is also inconsistent." For example, the new Lynk & Co 01 uses a variety of schematic methods such as "Five-color Logo Body-in-White Body Structure Schematic Diagram" and "Six-Color Logo Body Steel Structure Schematic Diagram" (which is consistent with the first Lynk & Co 01) in different online and offline scenes. The implication is that Lynk & Co officials do not believe that there is false publicity, but because of the problem caused by the inconsistent standards of the steel structure of the body.
