On January 24, the Dali County Writers Association held a meeting of the presidium to summarize the work in 2021, deploy the work in 2022, and study and approve other matters of the Writers Association. Xia Chunxiao, chairman of the Writers Association, presided over the meeting, and 8 members of the Presidium attended the meeting and expressed their opinions.
In 2021, under the correct leadership of the Weinan Writers Association and the Dali Literary Association, the County Writers Association adheres to the guidance of the spirit of the speeches made at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the National Forum on Literature and Art, takes the series of activities celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China as the main line, adheres to the "double for" direction and the "double hundred" policy, closely focuses on the work of the county party committee and county government center, and carries out various literary creation and style collection activities in depth and in a down-to-earth manner, with obvious results. In 2021, 10 members of the Writers Association have published 13 works, 10 people have published 16 literary works in literary journals and newspapers at or above the prefectural and municipal levels, and 12 members' works have won awards in the literary essay appraisal awards at or above the prefectural and municipal levels. Throughout the year, the members of the Writers Association published a total of 1068 works on the "Dali Literature" platform, including 52 novels (including serials), 764 essays, 26 documentary reportages, and 224 poems, and also cooperated with the work of the county stage center to organize members to actively create literary works on the themes of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, fighting the epidemic, greeting the "Fourteenth Movement", flood relief and relief, giving full play to the motivational role of literary works.
The meeting studied and deployed the key tasks in 2022. The first is to strengthen political study and strengthen professional training; the second is to carry out literary collection and explore the alliance between culture and enterprises; the third is to launch three measures to celebrate the convening of the party's "Twentieth National Congress"; the fourth is to actively develop members and strengthen the literary contingent; the fifth is to strengthen literary creation and vigorously promote literary fine works; and the sixth is to strengthen the awareness of the overall situation and serve the work of the service center. The meeting also studied and approved the inclusion of 8 comrades Liu Donghua, He Ling, Liu Xincheng, Lei Huichen, Yuan Zifei, Yang Huijun, and Huo Benhu as new members of the Writers Association and the reward mechanism for literary creation.
