At noon on the same day, "Xiao Gang Senior" sent an update content of "Okay I know" on Weibo, suspected of acquiescing to the fact that Tesla sued himself. On Weibo, "Xiaogang Xuechang" has 880,000 followers.

"Xiao Gang Senior" was sued by Tesla because of two evaluation videos he released - Tesla Model 3 and Xiaopeng P7's emergency braking function comparison. The results of both videos show that the Tesla Model 3's emergency braking fails in most cases, while the Xiaopeng P7 performs very well.

The two videos were released on April 29 and 30, 2021. As of press time, the above video is still on the Douyin platform and has not been deleted by "Xiaogang Senior".

How does "Xiao Gang" test the emergency braking function of the two vehicles? At that time, this video was only disseminated in the "Xiaogang Senior" fans and the automotive video media circle, but recently another Douyin account released a number of videos, questioning the authenticity of the above evaluation, and "Xiaogang Senior" also fell into a wider range of criticism.

On the evening of January 19, 2022, another Douyin video creator, "Xiao Li Feiche", broadcast live on Douyin and released a video, saying that "Xiao Gang Xuechang" could not stop the car by stepping on the electric door. He proposed that in the first video, before the Tesla Model 3 crashed into the model's standing plate, the energy bar of the car showed that the car still had power output, which clearly showed that he stepped on the throttle of the Model 3 while doing emergency brake tests.

"Xiao Gang Senior" posted a video response in another account "Xiao Gang's Daily Life", he explained that the reason for the throttle is to meet the test standard of 50 kilometers per hour at that time, itself is to test more rigorously, and "tapping the throttle does not affect the emergency brake intervention." He said again that because the first operation was a bit wrong, the second test was carried out, and the Model 3 still did not brake the car without a point of throttle.

However, the above response was not recognized by "Xiao Li Feiche" and some of his fans. It is worth mentioning that in June last year, in the face of some doubts from the outside world, "Xiaogang Senior" briefly deleted the relevant videos, but later put them back on.

As of now, Tesla has not explained more about the prosecution of "Xiao Gang Senior".
