Michael: Roma are talking to Zaniolo next month for a contract extension, with plans to raise his salary to €4 million

Live Bar January 26 News "Milan Sports News" reported that Roma will start negotiations with Zaniolo in February to renew the contract.

Roma superintendent Pinto will meet with Zaniolo's agent next month, and the Italy international's salary is expected to increase, on par with Lorenzo Pellegrini and Tammy Abraham.

After the recent renewal of Lorenzo Pellegrini's contract, his annual salary has been raised to 5 million euros, while Abraham's basic annual salary is 4.5 million euros, and if the bonuses can be cashed, his annual salary can reach up to 6 million euros.

Zagnolo's current contract expires in 2024 with an annual salary of €2.5 million. Roma plans to renew his contract until 2027 and raise his salary to €4 million.

Roma executives believe Zaniolo and Tammy Abraham can play a key role in the club's future, so they are determined to negotiate a new contract with the Italy international.

This season, Zaniolo has played 26 games for Roma, scoring four goals and contributing five assists.
