The number of cases of alien status of residence (residency status) cancellation is at an all-time high.
On August 20, the Japanese Immigration administration released data showing that in 2018, a total of 832 cases of foreigners were disqualified from residence, an increase of 447 cases over the previous year, of which international students and technical intern trainees accounted for most of them, including being expelled from schools and being found working in other places after the disappearance of the internship unit.
Vietnam has the largest number of cases by nationality, with a total of 416 cases, followed by China with 152 cases, Nepal with 62 cases, and the Philippines with 43 cases.
On August 20, the "Meeting of Those Responsible for compiling the Compilation of News Broadcasting in Kyoto Prefecture", composed of 12 news, communications and broadcasting bureaus in Kyoto Prefecture, submitted an application to the Kyoto Prefectural Police, requesting that the prefectural police announce the identities of the other 25 victims in the Kyoto Animation arson incident as soon as possible (a total of 35 victims, 10 of whom were announced earlier this month), and asked the prefectural police not to let the incident become a precedent (in the past incidents, the identities of the deceased were quickly disclosed).
The Kyoto Prefectural Police said that they would first coordinate with the survivors and the company and announce it at an appropriate time.

The "Statute of Limitations Police And Resurrection Special" will be broadcast at 21:00 on September 29, starring Shinji Takeda. The protagonist of the story is a police officer named Shuichihiro Kiriyama (Played by Chiejō Oda) who likes to search for cases that are about to be timed but have not yet been solved, and Kumiko Aso plays Kiriyama's assistant.
In the special episode, Takeda Shinji plays Fujiwara, a 71-year-old beauty demon king with a 40-year-old strong body. The co-cast includes Kikuchi Rinko and Yu Tsukimiko.
After the special episode airs, the new series will begin airing in October.
