Recently, the New Year exhibition "Great Qing Palace Porcelain - Shenyang Palace Museum Collection of Qing Palace Porcelain Exhibition" jointly organized by Dongguan Museum and Shenyang Palace Museum Institute recently opened, the exhibition exhibited a total of 118 pieces of porcelain, of which 90 pieces are from the Palace Museum in Shenyang, 28 pieces are collected by Dongguan City Museum, which will unveil the mystery of China's last dynasty for the audience. The exhibition runs until 10 April.

Porcelain was used for daily court meals, various feasts, sacrifices and activities, and was made by the Qing Court's Ministry of Internal Affairs. During the feast, the number of food utensils, different materials, colors, and ornaments are used to highlight different statuses, reflecting the strict canonical system of the qing dynasty's inner court and the supremacy of the royal family.
Most of the Qing palace utensils were designed and conceived by the inspector of the imperial kiln outside the palace with the direct participation of the emperor, and carefully made with skilled craftsmen. These utensils are of high quality material, ingeniously conceived, exquisite craftsmanship, and have high artistic value and appreciation value, which can not only reflect the original state of court life, furnishing concepts and cultural interests, but also play a role in embellishing and beautifying life.

In the immersive exhibition space, feel the profound cultural connotation and exquisite craftsmanship of Qing Palace porcelain, so that everyone can experience the festive atmosphere of the Qing Palace in the New Year of the Lunar New Year (Year of the Tiger).
